Inspiration
Here is a stack of some of the fabrics I bought a few weeks ago. I LOVE THEM! I bought them from fabricpalooza on Etsy. Aren't they beautiful? They are a combination of designer fabrics. Oh, yes. I've turned into a bit of a fabric snob. Never thought I would. They include designers such as Joel Dewberry, Amy Butler, and Heather Bailey. But every time I look at them I think happy thoughts. I have so many ideas in mind I can't keep up. But just you wait, I hope to open in the next two weeks!
These are the two names that I have narrowed my shop ideas to. I am sooooo indecsive and can't make up my mind! I like both for many reasons. My shop will be elegant, classy, sophisticated, practical yet fun and smart.
Option 1:
As You Like It Studios
: Staging your Good News (this is the tagline)
OR
Bonne Nouvelle
: Staging your Good News (this is the tagline)
What do you think?

I love them!!
ReplyDeleteI tried the link to fabricpallooza and it did not work. The fabric at walmart is getting old and that is the only place to shop here.
Can't wait to see your shop!
I love those fabrics! I love shopping for fabric and putting things together and making it all look cute and wonderful! I wish I had the ambition to start a shop. I need to make more time for fun things like that.
ReplyDeleteAs You Like It.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, your post reminded me of the fabrics my friend Paige chose. Take a look:

I really liked the french one but...the As you like it is really growing on me...it seems like you should go with that one! I love the fabric. My Aunt Sandra knows all these fun fabric shops in the Salt Lake area and we used to go together when I lived there...oh I miss those days!
ReplyDeleteOooh, how nice!! You're so creative- good luck with your etsy launch!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking bonne nouvelle has more spice to it, even though people cant say or spell it.
ReplyDeleteOh dear. Don't even get me started on fabrics. If you even knew the quantity of fabrics I buy and fall in love with... And for some reason they are always even prettier when they are all together. Don't you think?
